Melbourne just got its first Culture Kings mega store last week! It’s a giant retail location on the corner of Queen & Flinders St, which resembles a 2 story streetwear department store for mens’ fashion. The place is decked out in giant LCD screens all along the window displays and up 2 flights of stairs, it has a DJ Booth playing awesome urban beats, wall to wall of snap-back caps (more than I’ve ever seen before!!!) for every American sports team you can think of, same for sneakers, and heck, it even has a barber shop upstairs!!!! I drove passed the place and I couldn’t NOT walk in. It was a part of city that rarely sees anyone other than your suit-wearing corporate worker, and now its squeaking with the trendiest sneakers in town. I was so impressed with the store that even though it sold only mens streetwear, I decided to own it and walk out wearing something new. I took a few snaps of my shopping haul below. Amazing store. Great post. Interesting to see a mega-sports store / menswear opening in that location. The leopard print jacket looks great on YOU! Not sure how it would look on a guy?!?! So many caps! I see Tampa Bay Bucs, and Miami Dolphins… funny, though, they have the baseball and football mixed in… maybe they are alpha by city? (Nope.) Looks like all pro teams, too. Where are my Gators?

There were so many caps on the wall, I got lost trying to look for them. CK seem to supply all the American street wear brands to the Australians, and we love it!
