Gourmet Cinema is an outdoor food and film experience at the Caulfield Race Course. There’s an impressive line up of Melbourne’s trendiest restaurants catering this event, and I can vouch for the summer picnic atmosphere being something novel to do this March.

Snapchat at Diner en Blanc Melbourne 2016
Diner en Blanc Melbourne 2016
This weekend I went to Melbourne’s ultra exclusive 2016 Diner en Blanc event. It’s an annual White Party that happens in cities all over the world, and would be likened to a flash-gathering for a giant dinner party. Almost 2,000 people arrived at the mystery location – Docklands!
Gypsy & Pig Melbourne
One Friday, I went out for dinner to celebrate my friend Leanne’s birthday at Gypsy & Pig. This Japanese restaurant specialises in fine cuts of Kurobuta pork, which is pure-bred Berkshire pork. I can attest that their pork dishes are exceptionally delicious!
Rosebud Beach
The other weekend, I ended up in Rosebud celebrating a friend’s birthday. Rosebud is this beautiful beach-side area along the peninsula east of Melbourne’s city.

We ate a feast of “classic” and stereotypical Aussie foods that consisted of Honey Joys (Oh! The joys of childhood!), lamingtons, meat pies, and…
Disney Princesses in Real Life
It’s interesting to see how Disney translates its most famed characters into real life. My most recent Disney vacation was the first time I got to meet all of Disney’s Princesses, and I will admit that I was a bit star-struck at times. I was so excited for this, that for most of my photo…
