Comfortable Heels – Jaspa King

Recently, I was gifted 2 pairs of designer heels! Australian Designer of Jaspa King, Jalni Shah, asked me to review her high heels, since her they’re specially designed to be comfortable as possible! Her designs have cushioned insoles, and are made of premium leather to allow for a more comfortable and better fit. I was really blown away with the quality of her shoes when I received them, and they’re much more impressive in real-life than the website does them justice. I rarely experience that with online shopping now a days – the reality is the reverse of things looking better online than they do in real-life. Jalni explained to me that she has an interest to pull consumers back into the local fashion industry to support Australian talent, and prides herself on running an Australian business.

Anyway, when I received the heels, there was some serious height! Almost 12cm / 5 inches to be exact! Jalni let me have my pick from her website, and I picked 2 styles – “Richmond” a nude suede sandal with a platform and gold straps (I can seriously see myself wearing these with ALL my outfits!) and the “New York” neon lemon yellow pump (OMG! These are so fabulous! They’re so worth the daring choice of colour!). I had to sink into them by giving them a good walk around, but after a few hours wear on separate occasions to the Spring Races, Music Concert, and Dinner, I do admit that they’re more comfortable than I’ve expected from most heels I’ve ever worn. The quality of the leather really does make a difference! Especially the nude suede sandals, with the 2.5cm platform in the front = very wearable. For the price, its certainly worth it to get at least 1 pair of good heels (they will outwear their cost in comparison to cheaper, more painful heels). Quite a find!
